About Ileana:
 
Ileana is a graduate from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Professional Business Studies.  She worked in the pharmaceutical industry for ten years before embarking into her career in real estate over 19 years ago.  She has been a resident of Pembroke Pines since 1994.  She’s bilingual and speaks English and Spanish fluently.  She enjoys her family time, as well as vacationing in Hawaii, golfing, and any outdoor activities which allow them to familiarize themselves with our great State and its diverse people and multi-cultures.  Ileana has an extensive background in fields relating to helping people and decided to get into Real Estate to better service her clients in realizing their dreams of home ownership and living the “American Dream”.  She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, as well as the Realtor’s Association of Greater Miami and The Beaches.  She also is a member of the Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association (CPAAA) of Pembroke Pines and the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) of Broward County.
 
About Don:
 
Don is a native of the state of Florida and has been a resident in the Fort Lauderdale area since 1996.  Don is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).  He worked 26 years in the telecommunications industry before moving into real estate.  He is an active member of the REALTOR Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  Don enjoys racing sports cars, golfing, gourmet cooking and Hawaiian culture (Aloha Kaua!).  Don is also community minded and serves the community as a member of the Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association (CPAAA) of Pembroke Pines and the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) of Broward County.
